On July 27, 2024, the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro East Urban hosted a highly successful New Members Orientation at the Superstar KTV Lounge. With 22 members in attendance, the event marked a warm welcome for four new members into the Rotary family.

Event Highlights:
- Call to Order: President Christy Jugador commenced the event.
- 4-Way Test Recitation: Led by Vice President Jonel Tabilla.
- Roll Call: Conducted by Secretary Nenette Rebolos.

The orientation featured insightful presentations by esteemed past presidents, who covered a range of crucial topics:
- PP Goldie Serate: An introduction to Rotary, its structure, and leadership.
- PP Evita Arvisu: A detailed history of the club.

- PE Stephanie Caragos: Insights on membership.

We also had the honor of having PDG Bing Juarez present, who added valuable insights and further expanded our Rotary knowledge.
Each session concluded with dynamic discussions, allowing members to engage and seek clarification on the various topics. These interactions underscored the belief that a knowledgeable Rotarian is an effective Rotarian, capable of serving his fellowmen and community with greater impact.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Rtn. Emelyn Roxanne Go for providing the wonderful venue and to Syntactics, Inc. for their exceptional technical and logistical support.
The program was officially closed by PP Bebbotte Chu. Attendees were reminded of the numerous benefits of being a Rotarian, including:
- Leadership opportunities
- Community service
- Mentorship opportunities
- Networking expansion
- Lifelong friendships
